What We Can Help You With:

1. Recruitment Support: Assisting in recruiting initiators (teaching assistants) from the community to drive this intensive co-learning.
2. Establishing SOP: Creating a clear, comprehensive SOP to ensure complete management from initiation to closure of the intensive co-learning
3. GitHub Support: Providing initiators with all necessary assistance related to GitHub operations.
4. Design Assets: Creating promotional materials, including registration posters, course announcements, and completion reports.
5. Community Promotion: Actively promoting the intensive co-learning within LXDAO community, partner communities, and on social media. The initiating organization is responsible for additional promotion within their own community.

Content You Need to Provide:

1. Topic: Clearly defined learning topic.
2. Learning Materials and Plan: Comprehensive learning resources and detailed course schedules, including teacher information if necessary.
3. Rules and Procedures: Clearly defined rules (study duration, absences rule, notes summaries, etc.). If not predefined, initiators must design these based on the study topic and content.
4. Project Expectations: Clearly goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of the intensive co-learning.
5. Funding Support: A budget of approximately 300U–500U per program, with an optional additional token incentive for participants.

Funding Allocation:

• 33%: Incentives for initiators
• 33%: Incentives for participants
• 10%: LXDAO Treasury (for community resources, promotional support, and design materials)
• 24%: intensive co-learning Project Team (for platform, technical, and operational support)
