TLDR

This proposal is to change the definition of the weekly governance cycle in LIP0 to extend the weekly governance cycle from 5 days (Monday to Friday) to 7 days (Monday to Sunday), and to change the proposal submission day from every Monday to Monday to Wednesday, while keeping the time lock and execution time the same

Based on the definition of LIP0, we define the weekly governance cycle

In the previous weekly governance cycle, several issues emerged

1. The proposal submission time was too tight: there was only one day a week for proposal submission
2. There was no proposal notification voting session at the LXDAO weekly meeting, and most of the new Members did not know how to vote and how to get familiar with the LXDAO voting rules

In the LIP14 proposal, I will change the definition of the weekly governance cycle

Next week, Monday to Wednesday: Timelock

Next week Thursday: Executed

After modification
