Key Work Plan:
The LXDAO S14 work plan focuses on "Roadmap Implementation, Key Project Advancement, and Brand/Partnership Upgrades."
Core reforms include:
- Implementing a Lead System to ensure clear accountability for every high-priority task (P1).
- Adopting Tiered Task Management (P1/P2/P3) and Tool-based Review (HappyPods) to boost execution efficiency.
- Stabilizing core roles (Community Ops, Content, Design, etc.) to ensure basic operations.
- Establishing Special Funds to support key projects such as FairSharing 2.0 development, Cruel Study Groups, Hackathon incubation, and brand activities.
This quarter requests a base budget of 9,200U/month for role maintenance and roadmap advancement; project acceleration funds will be proposed separately. The goal is to improve task completion rate, expand community influence, and optimize governance efficiency.

Key Achievements:
- LXDAO S13 achieved significant results in community growth, financial health, and project advancement. Treasury grew 17% to $179,210, and total community members increased to 3,393.
- Core Achievements include: successfully co-hosting "Ethereum Summer" (covering 10 cities, 800+ participants); advancing the Web3 Internship Program (466 sign-ups); completing 3 sessions of the Cruel Study Group (537 participants); holding 3 Casual Hackathons; releasing 6 Geth source code research reports; and completing development of the Conscience Scale platform.
- The quarter refined governance by establishing tiered tasks, a lead system, and a special funding pool mechanism, laying the groundwork for the next season.

Key Achievements:
To boost efficiency and vitality, LXDAO S12 implemented major reforms focused on three directions:
- Simplified Governance: Merged working group budgets and meetings, reducing internal friction; adopted a lightweight "Pod" team model with funding unlocked by milestones; canceled LXPU, and LXP incentives were changed to retrospective issuance (10% of the total amount) at the end of the quarter.
- Encouraging Self-Drive: Working group roles shifted from oversight to support, adopting "retrospective funding" and milestone payment mechanisms based on results to incentivize members' contributions.
- Focusing on the Main Path: Fully advancing the "LXBuildPath" main narrative, aiming to attract and retain developers for core product development.

Key Achievements:
- Optimized Governance Collaboration and Efficiency: Adjusted governance team responsibilities, strengthened the coordinator role, compiled working group progress, and improved collaboration efficiency.
- Incentives and Narrative Construction: Explored early contributor incentives and token mechanisms, updated the Handbook, and conducted the second session of the "IntensiveCoLearning"
- Deepened International Governance Participation: Increased observation of international ecosystem governance, published analysis reports, and enhanced the community's international influence.
- Minimal and Automated Governance: Optimized automated payroll, voting rights mechanism, and proposal review process based on S10 SOPs, and experimented with "Goal-Unlocked Rewards."
- Enhanced Community Participation and Transparency: Promoted a full-participation system and expert invitation system, improving the disclosure of proposal, voting, and treasury information.

- Co-host the Narrative IntensiveCoLearning with Uncommons to foster a discussion atmosphere on narrative within the community.
- Advance the LXDAO Governance Roadmap and update the Handbook.
- Increase participation in international ecosystem governance, adding a governance observation weekly report to weekly meetings to promote community discussion on governance.
- Optimize the project initiation process and project classification for virtual groups/projects, establishing a transparent and public governance system for applications, voting, sub-treasuries, and disclosure.
- Minimal Governance: Optimize governance processes like accounting, multi-treasury management, and payroll, with the governance working group handling statistics, public disclosure, and distribution.
- Community Incentive Program: Implement retrospective incentives and early contributor incentive systems.

- Narrative IntensiveCoLearning: Prepared the first session of the Narrative IntensiveCoLearning with Uncommons.
- Collaboration Activation: Established a stand-up meeting mechanism in conjunction with the activation plan to accelerate collaboration between different groups.
- Minimal Governance: Completed a series of community SOPs (Notion, Conflict of Interest Declaration, Fs registration system, payroll process, etc.).
- Community Incentive Program: Finalized Overflow incentives, Retrospective incentives, and BD incentives, and discussed Early Contributor incentives.

- Advanced Governance Automation: Completed the multi-treasury framework setup, using sub-treasuries for routine payroll and building a multi-treasury dashboard.
- LXDAO Narrative: Developed a preliminary narrative framework for Cyber Socialism through the narrative reading group's efforts.
- Governance Theory Research: Completed the summarization of LXDAO's governance experience.

- Governance and Ecology: Completed routine group coordination, proposal applications, and payroll. Established the OP Chinese Community, becoming a key node connecting the OP ecosystem, and successfully created a treasury on the OP chain to receive OP grants.
- Governance Automation: Launched the multi-treasury solution to segregate project group funds from the main treasury.
- Research: Conducted research on the Web3 Grants system, established an Impact Research Model, and analyzed RetroPGF3 data.
- Incentives and Community: Drafted a preliminary early contributor incentive plan; migrated the main communication from WeChat to Telegram to reduce information gaps.
