LXDAO's core roadmap serves as our action guide for building a sustainable open-source ecosystem. This real-time dashboard breaks down our grand vision into executable, trackable tasks.

This quarter (S14), we're focusing on four key initiatives:

1. Financial Sustainability: Build a transparent, sustainable funding reservoir with publicly verifiable allocation rules to ensure fair compensation for contributors.
2. LXBuildPath Suite Deployment: Develop and promote the LXBuildPath product suite to open-source projects, establishing it as critical infrastructure.
3. Web3 & DAO Education: Create a systematic Web3 and DAO education framework that lowers barriers to entry and expands our community base.
4. Research & Mechanism Innovation: LXDAO's core think tank and experimental workshop. We carry a triple mission: identify cutting-edge industry trends to provide strategic guidance for the community; scientifically experiment with internal collaboration mechanisms to optimize governance models and contributor experience; develop and export standardized governance protocols to provide a reusable "governance toolkit" for ecosystem projects.

• November 5–21: Outstanding Builders will have the opportunity to be invited to join the EF Builders Program and potentially present on the main stage at Devconnect Trustless Agent Day.
• November 5+: Outstanding projects will receive ongoing micro-grants through LXDAO's HappyPods to support their growth and development.

Committed to creating a positive, English-immersive learning and communication environment for all LXers who want to master English. Through structured deliberate practice, we aim to comprehensively improve English reading and writing skills, with a special focus on listening and speaking.

Target Audience: We don't care about your foundation, starting point, or prerequisites—only about finding peers to break through together. As long as you're motivated to learn English, eager to improve your listening and speaking skills, and ready to challenge yourself, you're welcome to join.
