I have an idea that I want to turn into a proposal, how do I estimate my proposal budget？

First, as a PM, you need to consider the following questions：

• how many team members do you have
• how much time do you expect each person to spend on the project?
• What are the potential expenses of the project?

How many team members do you have?

An interesting and valuable proposal will attract a lot of buidler to join, In the process of turning your Idea into a proposal, you should specify how many members will join in the construction of the project, What role they play in the project.

For the project buidler, you can go to the forum or community to recruit.

How much time do you expect each person to spend on the project?

The PM should have an approximate plan for the construction cycle of the project and can consult with project members on the approximate number of man-hours spent on the project.

The proposal is to measure in hours, How many hours each member puts in per week, and for how many weeks.

Eg:

We want to develop a DAPP in LXDAO, our team has 4 members, and each member is committed to working 6 hours a week, the project development will last 4 weeks.

What are the potential expenses of the project?
