• Before：

  Background: 投资自己生态的PG是web3领域的一个Trend；

  Flow：投资公共物品的资金，流转到projects，再到project members，全流程比较中心化，最大的问题是不透明和不可信；

  →带来的结果是：资金配置低效，不利于优秀项目和buidler们的生产，最终不利于ecosystem的建设；

• After：

  用LX Protocol后的flow，钱的流动是全链路onchain：

  • 投资方：资金先打入project的多签vault，but locked状态
  • Project：
    • 提交关键成果，申请分期unlock
    • 也允许随时提供过程update，提高透明度
  • Validator：validate，决定是否以及如何unlock
  • Project：内部记录每个member的贡献，按照贡献公平按比例分配unlock的资金
  • 以上透明的数据：作为后续投资的重要依据

• **如何保证透明？**通过Onchain contract，标记这些钱的流动，用合约来最大程度的自动化，关键节点有人validate；

• Primary use case：

  • 每一个生态owner，让fund自己ecosystem的PG更加的简单有效，最终带来可持续的繁荣生态；（P0）
    • 比如OP生态：预算多少少数几个人拍脑袋决策、vote给哪个项目，都没有透明可信的数据作为决策依据，决策成本高且随意，不利于生态良性发展
    • ETH生态 ESP
    • VC更低成本的投后管理（跟踪这个part）：VC投资后需要做投后管理，定期去问项目要update，上市公司被“证监会”要求提供季报年报、audit报告；
    • ThreeDAO的web3融资模式的use case：项目方分期提交milestone，分期unlock，不需要法币美金，纯digital world实现；成功了空投token给DAO token holders；
    • 所有涉及资金的proposal：比如ens grant、Nouns DAO、LXDAO的，都需要让资金使用更加透明易追溯
    • 配合ethsign：他们负责VC投资换token按合约执行，我们负责VC的钱流动的更加透明（10x更低成本的投好管理？）
    • Mantle funding: 已经是milestone-based的模式
    • Scroll分发资金给自己ecosystem
    • BarbarianDAO：希望我们用DAOhaus，为了资金更透明的被使用
  • VC：投资每一个项目方（P1）
