Operation Working Group S9
1. Summary
Operations Team: Mainly responsible for the operations of the LXDAO community. The tasks include, but are not limited to, community operations, recruiting and activating new community members, enhancing community influence, content creation and management, media branding, business development, etc.
Over the past few quarters, the LXDAO operations team has achieved some successes but also faced several challenges:
- Unclear operations strategy: Lacks a clear operational focus and growth strategy, leading to slow growth.
- Insufficient quality and impact of events: Needs to improve event quality and community impact.
- Issues with cross-group collaboration: Needs to improve communication and collaboration SOPs with other groups.
- Slow internationalization and community growth: Needs to strengthen internationalization strategy and community member growth.
- Unclear decision-making and communication: Needs clearer decision-making processes and communication channels.
In the new quarter, the LXDAO operations team will focus more on the main goals: increasing community influence, fostering a technical atmosphere, and enhancing community activity.

2. Evaluation Criteria and Goals
- Diversified participation and incentive-driven members: Set specific targets to increase the number of active members by 20%.
- Technical atmosphere of the community: Enhance the frequency and quality of technical discussions and sharing (at least 30 active discussions per day in the community).
- Idea accumulation and discussion in the forum.
- Positive feedback internally and externally: Increase Twitter and Telegram followers by 20%.
Note: Goals and key tasks may be adjusted based on the activation team and specific circumstances, and the operations team has some flexibility.
3. Key Tasks
1. Collaborative Learning
- Define learning themes and objectives.
- Recruit and discover enthusiastic and influential community members to participate.
- Regularly compile learning content and outcomes, and consolidate them on LXDAO platforms.
- Establish standardized processes (SOP) to achieve self-operation.
- Serve as the community’s external showcase, unifying action tone.
Note: The operations team is not a direct content production team but a facilitator to enhance productivity and showcase the community internally and externally.
2. Systematic Cooperation and Service Plans with Public Chains
- Appoint a representative for LXDAO community to follow up and make key decisions.
- The operations team will provide necessary support.
- The Forge group will summarize and form a systematic external service plan.
3. Online and Offline Events
- Online Events
- AMA: Regularly hold AMAs with other external communities and organizations to expand influence and achieve mutual benefits.
- Online Space: Conduct online Space sessions based on collaborative learning outcomes.
- Casual Chats: Enhance understanding and consensus among community members, and strengthen community cohesion.
- Each group will rotate to initiate these (once a week).
- Casual Hackathons: Regularly hold casual hackathons to encourage community members to form teams to solve real problems, promote innovation, and activate the technical atmosphere.
- Focus on light organization and participation, brainstorming, and casual interactions to uncover developer resources.

- Meetups: Hold in key cities to facilitate face-to-face communication among members.
- Offline Sharing Sessions: Technical sharing or public goods dissemination to expand influence and introduce more people to public goods and LXDAO.

- Clear objectives: Each event should have clear purposes and expected outcomes.
- Interactivity: Design interactive segments to increase member participation.
- Promotion: Use various channels to promote events and attract more participants.
4. Basics - Fundamental Operations and Rules
- SOP Improvement: Develop and refine standard operating procedures for interfacing with each group.
- Community Operations: Strengthen cooperation with various groups and projects to improve the quality and effectiveness of community operations.
5. Talent Activation and Recruitment
- Community Member Development: Support and encourage new members to join, cultivate more Buidlers, and provide an environment for members to grow and transform.
- BD and Operations Talent Development Plan: Identify more potential BD personnel, help find suitable candidates, and cultivate successors in operations.
4. Budget
The monthly budget for the operations team is 14,000 LXPU.
S9 will last for three months, from June 1 to August 31, and we will apply for a total of 14,000 * 3 = 42,000 LXPU as the operating budget.
The LXPU composition is LXP + USDT/USDC, with a stablecoin to LXP ratio of 8:2.
Fixed role salary levels:
- Senior technical personnel, with 8-10 years of work experience: 30 LXPU (24U + 6 LXP)
- PM position/junior to mid-level technical personnel, with around 5 years of work experience: 20 LXPU (16U + 4 LXP)
- General positions: 15 LXPU (12U + 3 LXP)
- Junior contributors: 600 LXPU/month (480U + 120 LXP)/month

| BD + Artela Chinese Community Leader | Job Description:
- Develop public chain cooperation community operations business and public chain nodes business, maintain long-term BD relationships with partner organizations.
- Identify and integrate ecosystem resources, complete resource expansion, brand cooperation, and resource exchange.
- Operate the Artela Chinese developer community.
- Maintain BD relationships, plan and execute Artela node deployment and operation cooperation plans.
- Organize a series of activities and communities focusing on public chain services and developer mobilization.
Requirements:
- Understand Web3, respect, and recognize LXDAO's core concepts.
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects, interface externally, and execute operation plans.
- Experience in organizing and participating in large-scale events, spreading brand and community influence.

| Community Operations | Job Description:
- Maintain LXDAO communities, publish relevant information, enhance community activity and participation, organize weekly meetings, upload community meetings, manage meetings, and manage calendars.

Requirements:
- Social media operations and communication skills, including Twitter and public accounts.
- Strong content editing and planning skills, with 0-1 growth experience (TG/Twitter).
- Familiar with and recognize LXDAO community culture and values.
- Understand Web3 thinking, and know Web3 activities and growth strategies.

| Media Editor: Junior Contributor | Job Description:
- Format and edit content for public accounts and Mirror, community reposting, media synchronization, etc.
- Take meeting notes, compile existing content into series, and build content support sections to strengthen communication.

- Writing skills, ability to edit, format, create, and identify quality articles and content.
- Strong internal drive, desire to join the Web3 industry, and recognize LXDAO community culture and values.

5. Joining the Operations Team
- Open to the whole community for public election, prioritizing LXDAO core members and Buidler Card holders for leadership roles.
- Submit election materials on the community public forum and allow the community to vote for the appropriate candidates (fixed team members should preferably be LXDAO Members and community contributors familiar with LXDAO community culture).
- Bounties are open to the entire LXDAO community. Whether you are an observer or ready to join, this is the first step to getting involved in LXDAO.

6. Exiting the Operations Team
- Quarterly review and re-election.
- If there are significant work issues, the PM will communicate and handle the removal.
- Voluntary resignation, notify the person in charge in advance.
